These barn conversion cottages sleep a total of 16 people – ideal for family and friends get-togethers but with the benefit of your own space.

Buttercup Cottage sleeps 4, Clover Cottage sleeps 4 plus 1 child and Daisy Cottage sleeps 7 with the benefit of three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Bolberry Farm Cottages have countryside views across the small shared orchard area. All dogs are welcome completely free of charge with no restrictions on numbers. The area is dog friendly with dogs welcome on beaches and in eating places. We have ample off-road parking at Bolberry Farm Cottages. The cottages are open all year for short breaks and weekly stays. They are managed by the owners who live close by and are on hand for any issues that may arise during your stay.

All three cottages have their own private, enclosed secure garden with a further enclosed area for easy late-night toileting! Most of the rooms have hard floors for easy cleaning and at the bottom of each staircase is a stairgate. After muddy or sandy walks, the dog wash area is very useful! On arrival at Bolberry Farm Cottages, dogs are greeted with a welcome pack including water, a treat, bowls, poop bags, extendable dog leads, and pet tags.

Each cottage has central heating and a coal effect electric fire for cosy autumn evenings. The cottages are fully equipped with SMART TVs, DVD player, washer/dryer, dishwasher, separate fridge and freezer, electric oven, and gas hob. Free WIFI. There is no extra charge for the use of high chairs, cots, or stairgates.

Bolberry is half a mile from the National Trust’s Bolberry Down and the South West Coast Path with stunning walks in both directions. The picturesque village of Hope Cove is one mile away with dog-friendly eating venues available. There are many dog-friendly beaches and coves stretching along the coastline in both directions.

The market town of Kingsbridge and the yachting haven of Salcombe are a short drive away from Bolberry Farm Cottages. Dartmoor is a half-hour drive away.

Area Details

Kingsbridge is a market town in Devon, England.  The town is 5 miles from Salcombe; 5 miles from Bantham; 12 miles from Dartmouth; 13 miles from Totnes; and 20 miles from Plymouth.

The bustling town is located at the head of a marine estuary in the picturesque South Hams area of South Devon. Kingsbridge offers a range of delightful independent shops, charming coffee shops, a 3-screen cinema, and an award-winning pub, providing plenty of options for shopping, entertainment, and dining – many of which are dog friendly.

During the summer season, visitors can enjoy estuary excursions by ferry to Salcombe, a town situated on the banks of the Kingsbridge Estuary.
