Dog Friendly Holidays in Cornwall

Cornwall forms the tip of the southwest peninsula of Great Britain and has a border with only one other county. The county of Cornwall is formed mostly by the River Tamar, and the remainder by the Marsland Valley.

Cornwall is renowned for its dramatic coastline. There are numerous fishing harbours, spectacular beaches, water sports, and of course Cornish pasties and Cornish cream teas!  You have the chance to explore Bodmin Moor with its great walking trails. If walking is your thing, there is also the South West Coastal path to enjoy. It’s great for either a gentle stroll or something more adventurous.

On the northern coast of Cornwall are the huge stretches of beach with big Atlantic waves – ideal for surfing. The rugged coastline provides a great opportunity for rock climbing too.  The south coast of Cornwall has more estuaries to explore, fishing harbours to stroll around, and beaches where the waves aren’t quite so spectacular as the north coast.  Whichever part of Cornwall you decide to take your dog to, you will be sure to receive a warm Cornish welcome.

We hope that you have some great dog friendly holidays in Cornwall.
