Lea Hill Country Cottages Details
We are in a peaceful location in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty near the World Heritage Coast. However, Lea Hill Country Cottages are only four miles from Axminster (of River Cottage fame).
Four comfortable cottages in a tranquil location. Most bedrooms are ensuite. They have access to an exercise field and seven acres of grounds and gardens with stunning views. Three of the four cottages have enclosed gardens.
Sleeping five:
Kingfisher – a pretty thatched cottage with wonderful views. Kitchen/diner, lounge, two ensuite bedrooms and a child’s bedroom. Two ensuite double bedrooms and a child’s bedroom. A picnic table is set on a small front terrace leading onto the shared gardens. There is also a pocket-handkerchief garden with seating at the back.
Sleeping four:
Nuthatch – very spacious. Large lounge, dining room and kitchen. Two ensuite double bedrooms with extra capacity from a bed settee in the dining room. Pretty, enclosed back garden with outdoor dining furniture.
Quakers – An annexe of the ancient farmhouse. Lounge, kitchen diner and two pretty and beamed ensuite bedrooms. Lawned seating area outside with outdoor dining furniture leading to extensive shared gardens.
Sleeping two:
Woodpecker – Woodpecker – beamed open plan lounge, kitchen/diner leading to a sheltered enclosed garden. Downstairs bathroom. Pretty bedroom upstairs.
Lots of wildlife. Wonderful local walks. Dogs welcome at a modest charge.

Axminster is a delightful market town located in Devon, England.
