At Dogs Invited, we are committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of our visitors to our web site. In particular, we want you to know that Dogs Invited is not in the business of selling, renting or trading email lists with other companies and businesses for marketing purposes. We just don’t do that sort of thing. When someone visits www.dogsinvited.co.uk we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.
Mailing Lists for Dogs Invited
As part of the advertiser registration process we collect personal information. We use that information for a couple of reasons: to tell you about stuff you’ve asked us to tell you about; to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information; to check our records are right and to check every now and then that you’re happy and satisfied. We don’t rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.
Advertiser Personal / Business Information
We operate a paper free policy, so there’s no bits of paper around our office with your information on! On the rare occasions that paper is used it is shredded afterwards so no data is left around. Advertiser records are kept on secure password protected databases for a maximum of 2 years from the date you stop advertising with us. We keep the details for up to 2 years just in case you decide to readvertise with us…..it just makes things easier for us all. You can ask us to delete all your information sooner if you wish.
Access to your Personal Information

Additional Notes for Advertisers
Due to several instances of non payment for new adverts, it is now a condition that all new adverts must be paid for in advance of the advert going live. Payment by BACS is preferred, however we do accept PayPal or cheque payment.
It is a condition of advertising on this website that all invoices be settled within 28 days. Dogs Invited reserves the right to remove any adverts without warning if invoices remain unpaid. If payment is received once the advert has been removed, the advert will be reinstated.
Newsletter sponsorship and home page advertising can only be considered if there if another advertising package is currently running on the site. Home page advertising does not attract any discounts.
The Dogs Invited Facebook page is run solely for promoting current advertisers on Dogs Invited, however advertisers cannot put their own late availabilities or special offers onto the page. These can be added when they have been paid for via the Dogs Invited website. Any promoting on our page of your accommodation, that is deemed excessive will be removed.
Advertisers must ensure that the information and pictures that they supply for use in their advert are free of copyright and up to date.
It is the responsibility of advertisers to check their advert details and inform us of any mistakes – refunds are not given under any circumstance.
Data will be stored and used in conjunction with this website and Dogs Invited social media only.
Dogs Invited respects your privacy and is registered under the data protection act.
Dogs Invited will take every effort to ensure that this website is accessible at all times, however matters beyond our control eg server down time, may be experienced.
