This delightful detached chalet-style lodge in Linchmere is ideally positioned within the South Downs National Park. Woodmancote Lodge is surrounded by woodland, countryside, and wildlife. A perfect place to stay when looking for rest and relaxation, or a romantic retreat.

The two sets of French doors allow light to flood into this surprisingly spacious Linchmere lodge, giving Woodmancote Lodge a lovely roomy feel. Space is not the only surprise in store for guests!  This lovely cottage near Linchmere boasts its own private sauna next to the shower room. It gives you the chance to relax in the warmth on winter afternoons.

This cottage offers a double bed, with another double bed above accessed by a ladder. A great choice for those with children. The studio-style accommodation of this cottage offers comfy seating, a dining area, a kitchenette, and a double bed. All this with views of the grounds beyond. Step outside this lovely Linchmere lodge and enjoy your morning coffee on the private decked terrace, with furniture and BBQ.

The kitchen area of Woodmancote Lodge is fully equipped to make lovely dinners to be enjoyed at the dining table next to those gorgeous french windows. Plenty of comfortable seating to chill out and relax.

Please note that Woodmancote Lodge is accessed via grass paddock and there are two shallow steps up to decked terrace area.

This part of rural West Sussex is close to Surrey and Hampshire, a perfect base for exploring. The South Downs National Park offers ramblers, cyclists, and horse riders over six hundred square miles to roam. Pack a picnic and put on your walking boots. Enjoy a day of bluebell woods, meadows, country lanes, and quaint villages.
